Pepper- Hot Lemon Spice Cayenne


Hot Lemon peppers ripen to sunny lemon yellow, but also pack flavor in the fruit while the peppers still are green. Harvest early for a milder pepper or wait until they are yellow and have reached their 30,000 Scoville heat rating (medium hot).  Heirloom pepper that is originally from Ecuador can be eaten fresh or dried. Time to maturity approx. 75 days from transplant.
