There’s nothing like the taste of homegrown vegetables, herbs, and fruits! Attendees new to gardening or vegetable growing veterans alike will enjoy this interactive session of gardening tips and tricks. Content includes details on seed germination, potting up, indoor growing vs. direct seeding, lighting, fertilization and transplanting. Register in advance to receive the Zoom link to join the meeting and stop by the library, in person or at curb-side to pick up a seed-starting kit in advance, provided by the speaker.
**Extra challenge**: Show us your creativity! Dig through your recyclables, clutter drawers, cupboards, etc. to come up with the most creative “pot” for your new plant! We’ll highlight people during the meeeting. The most creative, as judged by Judith and others in the meeting, will get a prize!
